About Hella Buchheim
http://upnorthwoodsimages.com
Most days I take my camera and walk in the woods to see what is new. Each day to my amazement there is something I have never seen before. I often feel like a child discovering the world for the first time. My wish is to show you what I have seen and hopefully you will enjoy it.
I also know that photography is a very person experience. It is an expression of the photographer’s eye with camera and the experience for the viewer. I try to capture the awe I experience in nature and showcase it in my photographs. If we make a connection, you may be interested in purchasing some of my photography or sending an email to further the conversation.
My resume may be filled with pages of corporate names and sales positions but my resume has never included my love of photography. It has never talked about my love of the natural world or passion about the environment. I have been taking photos since I was 10 years old. I had my own black and white dark room when I was 13. I took several photography classes while in college. I only started taking my passion to a professional level a few years ago with encouragement of my friends and family members. It maybe that most of them had run out of wall space to hang my photos. I am now reaching out to the world and hope we make a connection that photography creates.
We at Up North Woods Images think every picture tells a story or it has a story about its discovery. The stories are sometimes as much fun to share as the photos are.
