Description
The butterfly was happily getting pollen from the flower not realizing the first frost of the season is called for tonight so this is the last butterfly of the season. The first and the last, marking time and marking time as we approach another time of year. Beauty is timeless so that is why I am a photographer but each stage of the year shakes me for a bit as we go from one to another.
